It was my turn to teach preschool this week, and we decided to have a group birthday party for everyone. All of the kids drew names and brought gifts for each other. We made decorations-- custom posters and balloons created by a pile of 3 and 4 year olds. They were delightful. We broke open our gorgeous pinata and had cake and ice cream. It was fun to watch 8 people try to blow out the candles on the cupcakes at the same time. I feel so thankful to live in a neighborhood where I can be a part of a group preschool like this.
