The Cowboy Museum

Trapped inside the clink!
Gram Tam trying to rob the bank.
This is a plaque dedicated to William Jordan Flake, found in the Hall of Great Westerners. Jordan was named after this ancestor, and we always heard about how he was in this museum. It was fun to actually see the plaque. I bought Jord a supercool bolo tie as a souvenir... a fun link or "tie" to his ancestor at this museum.

There was an extensive barb wire collection. Who knew there was such a thing!

Dear Elicia, This was a thrill of a life- time to have three of my children show up on my doorstep in the middle of the night!! I will never forget the joy I felt. It was also very difficult to not have my Tara there as well. We all felt a big hole in the fun. We all missed her, especially at the cowboy museum. Family is everything in this life, and I am an extremely blessed mother !!! It is also a reminder of how much we all want to have the family complete when we get together. When one is missing, we are not complete at all. I will always remember the sacrifices of each one of you to come,as well as allowing the others to come without being able to be there. Your loyalty to each other is a treasure for me. Thank-you one and all for this tremendous surprise!!.. I love, love, love, you all, Mimsey xoxoxoxoxo
